Arrest made in Kindred bomb threat investigation

WEST FARGO (KFGO) – A West Fargo man is in the Cass County Jail on felony terrorizing charges for making a bomb threat at a Kindred, North Dakota day care center.

The threat prompted the closing of the center for the day last December. The sheriff’s office says Cody Weathermon, 37, is also under investigation for other crimes and additional charges against him are expected.

Weathermon was arrested Monday afternoon in West Fargo by deputies, The Metro Street Crimes Unit, and U.S Marshal’s Service High Plains Fugitive Task Force.
