WHITE EARTH, Minn. (KFGO) – Five people have been arrested on drug-related charges after three search warrants were served on Minnesota’s White Earth Reservation. White Earth Tribal Police say the searches were conducted in White Earth, Naytahwaush, and the Roy Lake area.
A large amount of drugs were seized and more arrests are expected. Reports were sent also to Indian Child Welfare Services.
Agencies that were part of the investigation included the Paul Bunyan Drug Task Force, Headwaters Trails Task Force, the Becker, Clearwater, Mahnomen, Hubbard, Cass and Beltrami County Sheriff’s Departments, Bemidji Police, the state patrol, FBI and Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
