WEST FARGO (KFGO) – The West Fargo Police Department says a juvenile boy without a drivers license will be referred to juvenile court for charges after a crash Saturday night.
Just after 9:50 p.m. police say they responded to a crash at the intersection of 10th Ave E and 9th St E. When officers arrived they found two heavily damaged vehicles. Police say the boy ignored a traffic signal and was struck by oncoming traffic in the intersection before fleeing on foot to a nearby home.
The driver of the vehicle that struck the boy was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
