WILLISTON, N.D. (KFGO) – A North Dakota Republican Party committee member has been charged with terrorizing after allegedly threatening two people with a gun.
Court documents say District 2 Republican Party Chair Jerol Gohrick was arrested last Friday in Williams county after pointing a rifle at two people on a work site and threatening them. Gohrick reportedly told the one of the victims he would blow their head off, and threatened to put the work crew ‘in the ground’.
Gohrick reportedly pointed the rifle in a victims face and one victim hid behind a truck for safety. Court documents say law enforcement later found Gohrick on the work site and a rifle in his pickup, he was arrested and taken to the Williams County Correctional Center.
