PERHAM, Minn (KFGO) – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says a Dent woman was killed after a Saturday morning crash Southwest of Perham. The sheriff’s office says Nicole Shoultz, 40, was ejected from a pickup when it left the road and turned into a field.
Shoultz was taken to the Perham emergency room where she died. The sheriff’s office believes Shoultz was taken to the emergency room several hours after the crash in a private vehicle.
Allen Alberts, 33, of Dent was later arrested on charges related to the crash.
