SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KFGO) – A Sioux Falls police officer is hospitalized in stable condition after being shot while investigating a call for someone pulling a gun at a business.
Sioux Falls Police say two people were at the business when one pulled out the gun before the two left. Officers found the suspects near the business and made contact with them. That’s when one of them took out a gun and shot the officer.
The two suspects left the area, but were eventually arrested.
The officer’s injuries are considered serious.
