<p>
Here's what you'll need:

For the burgers
</p>
<ul>

1 lb ground turkey
</li>
<li>
1 Tbsp Dale's Sauce*
</li>
<li>
2 gloves minced garlic
</li>
<li>
2 tsp paprika
</li>
<li>
Salt & pepper
</li>
<li>
Pepperjack Cheese
</li>
<li>
Buns
</li>
</ul>
<p>
For the Avocado Mayo
</p>
<ul>
<li>
1 avocado, halved
</li>
<li>
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
</li>
<li>
2 Tbsp lime juice
</li>
</ul>
<p>
Combine the turkey, Dale's sauce, garlic, paprika, salt & pepper; and form into 3-4 patties.
</p>
<p>
Mix 1/2 avocado, mayo and lime juice, set aside.
</p>
<p>
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill burgers 3-4 minutes per side. When burgers have reached 165, top with cheese and grill for another 60 seconds to let the cheese melt.
</p>
<p>
Assemble the burgers. Bottom bun, lettuce, burger, avocado mayo, tortilla straws, top bun.
</p>
<p>
*Dale's sauce is a Worcestershire type sauce. If you can't find or don't have it, you can use Worcestershire instead… but Dale's is better.
