MOORHEAD (KFGO) – Moorhead Police say a suspect at the center of a shelter in place Friday morning is in custody.
Police were asking residents in the area of 11th Avenue S. and 3rd Street to shelter in place. That’s in the area of Concordia College. Residents were urged to lock doors, find an interior room, and stay away from windows and exterior doors.
Police have not offered any other information.
The shelter in place was issued around 6 a.m. and lifted at 6:50 a.m.
