Scott Stump, Chief Executive Officer of the National FFA Organization, was recently inducted into Purdue University’s Alpha Gamma Rho chapter as an honorary member.
Alpha Gamma Rho is a national social-professional fraternity that focuses on personal development, fostering leadership and brotherhood among men who plan to pursue careers in agriculture, fiber, food and related fields.
“It’s an incredible honor to be inducted as an honorary member into this high-standing organization at Purdue,” said Stump. “Institutions like Alpha Gamma Rho play an important role in shaping leaders in agriculture, and I’m grateful to be join this brotherhood of men who are passionate about advancing the future of our industry.”
Many members of the Alpha Gamma Rho community are key champions of FFA, including former sponsors, members of the National FFA Foundation board, individual donors and the National FFA Board of Trustees. Alpha Gamma Rho’s philanthropic impact is strengthened by a network of dedicated supporters who share a commitment to agriculture and leadership development.
The National FFA Organization is a school-based national youth leadership development organization of more than 1,042,245 student members as part of 9,407 local FFA chapters in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
