Chuchu Ashley Ballah, 28, Fargo
WEST FARGO (KFGO) – West Fargo Police arrested a Fargo woman after a rollover crash near the 2800 block of Veterans Boulevard early Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to the crash around 3:15 a.m. They say the vehicle hit a light pole and was on its side in the median with two people pinned inside.
The driver got out after officers broke the back window. West Fargo firefighters had to cut the passenger from the vehicle.
Officers say the driver, 28-year-old Chuchu Ballah showed signs of impairment.
The passenger told officers Ballah was speeding in the wrong lane when the crash happened.
Ballah and the passenger were taken to a hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The passenger was later released. Ballah was booked into the Cass County Jail.
Ballah faces charges of DUI, DUI refusal, and reckless endangerment.
