Aaron Hill
FARGO (KFGO) – There’s now a 5th candidate for one of two Fargo City Commission seats on the June 9 ballot.
Former Fargo Park Board president Aaron Hill has joined the race Hill is a real estate agent. He founded Fargo Brewing Company in 2010. The business closed in 2024. His park board term expires in June.
Citing his park board experience, Hill says he knows what it takes to serve as an elected official, especially when it comes to the budgeting process and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Others running for the commission seats now held by Dave Piepkorn and Denise Kolpack, who are both running for mayor, are former Cass County Commissioner Chad Peterson, artist and business owner Anna Johnson, Scott Brekke, who has served on the Fargo Liquor Control Board, and former City Commissioner Tony Gehrig.
