BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – One North Dakota Lottery player won $150,000 playing Powerball and four others won $22,000 a piece playing 2by2 over the past week.
The Attorney General’s Office says the player from Bottineau who won $150,000 bought the ticket online. They chose the Power Play option and hit on four numbers plus the Powerball in the March 9 drawing.
The prize would have been $50,000, but the Power Play option tripled the winnings. That anonymous player has not yet claimed their prize.
The other four winners bought 2by2 jackpot winning tickets in Garrison, Emerado, Valley City, and at Osgood Hornbacher’s in south Fargo.
The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing is $58 million. The 2by2 game draws every day and the jackpot is always $22,000.
