VALLEY CITY, N.D. (KFGO) – A Jamestown woman who was driving the wrong way on Interstate 94 is dead after crashing her SUV Sunday morning.
The Highway Patrol says the 26-year-old woman was driving an SUV east in the westbound lanes between Valley City and Oriska when the vehicle left the road and crashed into a bridge support at mile marker 298.
The woman was not wearing a seatbelt. She died at the scene.
The Highway Patrol, Valley City Police, Barnes County Sheriff’s Office, Barnes County Ambulance, and Barnes County Fire responded to the crash.
