Body of man found in vehicle after fire in north Fargo

FARGO (KFGO) – The Fargo Fire and Police Departments are conducting a joint investigation into a vehicle fire where a man was found dead.

The fire was reported shortly before 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of 28th Avenue North. The man was found dead, inside the vehicle. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death and positive identification.

Based on initial observations at the scene, the death does not appear to be suspicious.
