Roberts Common Parking Garage (City of Fargo)
FARGO (KFGO) – A new, streamlined entry and exit system is now in place at the city-owned Roberts Commons Parking Garage in downtown Fargo.
Roll-up doors have been installed. Cameras are used to automatically detect when drivers enter the garage on Roberts Street.
The cameras are linked to a vehicle’s license plate. QR codes are posted throughout the ramp. Drivers will be asked to enter their license plate number and contact information, select how long they’ll be in the ramp, and submit payment if necessary. The code will be required when drivers reenter the ramp to leave. The roll-up doors will open when the driver is leaving.
The system will be used at all times, including during free parking hours at night and on weekends.
