GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – The Grand Forks Police Department says a 42-year-old Grand Forks man was arrested yesterday after a woman was stabbed at an apartment building.
Fernando Lucio was arrested after police received a report of stabbing. When they arrived they found a woman with multiple stab wounds. She was taken to Altru Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Lucio was quickly found at a different apartment building and arrested for aggravated assault and terrorizing.
