HORACE, N.D. (KFGO) – A man has been arrested in connection with a residential garage burglary in Horace.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says 41-year-old Nicholas Mackner is being held for trespassing, criminal mischief and failure to halt.
Mackner was located by a West Fargo K-9 after deputies found footprints that led to a nearby commercial storage garage.
The sheriff’s office was advising residents to stay indoors until the suspect was located.
