STAPLES, Minn. (KFGO) — The family of a pedestrian that was hit by a car in Staples last month says he is is suffering from severe brain trauma.
28-year-old Tyler Schreck was seriously injured January 26. He was brought to the hospital in St. Cloud.
Schreck’s uncle says his nephew is showing some signs of improvement, but he still has a long recovery. His uncle says he will be transferred to a long-term care and rehab facility to begin his recovery.
A benefit for Schreck is planned for February 21 in Staples.
