Crash at 32nd Avenue and 39th Street South in Fargo on Feb. 4, 2026.
FARGO (KFGO) – Fargo Police and firefighters were doing traffic control at the intersection of 32nd Avenue and 39th Street South in Fargo following a crash Wednesday morning. That’s the intersection in front of the Love’s Truck Stop on 32nd Avenue west of I-29.
The initial call around 8:30 a.m. was for a crash between a semi and a dump truck.

Fargo Police, Fargo Fire and tow trucks responded to the scene.
Police say the driver and passenger in the vehicle that was hit have non-life-threatening injuries. One was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Albert Clark, a 48-year-old resident of Washington State, was cited for failure to yield and driving without a valid CDL.
