FARGO (KFGO) – As the search for clues into the disappearance of 25-year-old Isadora Wengel continues, police are asking for the public’s help.
Fargo police would like residents and businesses in the area between the 4400 block of Calico Drive S. and the 5100 block of 30th Avenue S. from Amber Valley Parkway S. to 32nd Avenue S. to check their security cameras. Investigators are hoping to find video footage that may show Wengel on Saturday, Jan. 3 between 7 p.m. and midnight.
Wengel was last seen in West Fargo on Dec. 31. She is white, 5-feet 3-inches tall, weighs around 175 pounds, and has blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing a white cardigan with pink hearts, blue jeans, and either Air Force 1 tennis shoes or Ugg boots.
Police suspect a crime was involved in her disappearance.
Fargo Police joined the investigation late last week. Since then, an apartment on Calico Drive S. and the Fargo Landfill have been searched. One person was detained at the apartment, but has been released.
