Jamestown teacher, volunteer firefighter accused of sexual relationship with student

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KFGO) – A Jamestown elementary school teacher and volunteer firefighter is facing a charge of corruption of a minor.

Police say Michael Romans, 45, is accused of having a one- to two-year sexual relationship with a Jamestown Public Schools student. Romans is on administrative leave from the school and City of Jamestown.

Romans is in the Stutsman County Correctional Center.
