FARMINGTON, Minn. (KFGO/Learfield) – The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a deadly shooting on Christmas Eve near Farmington, south of Minneapolis.
Deputies were called to a double shooting near 250th Street West and Minnesota Highway 3 just before 2:30 Wednesday afternoon, where they found a woman dead of a gunshot wound.
A man was located with a gunshot wound to the head and taken to the hospital.
Authorities say there is no danger to the public. No other information was released.
