IONA, Minn. (KFGO) – The State Patrol says alcohol was involved in a southwest Minnesota crash that sent two men to an emergency room Monday night.
A pickup and skid steer were both southbound on Highway 267 about two miles north of Iona when the vehicles made contact.
Troopers say the driver of the pickup, 84-year-old Lloyd Hindt of Iona, was under the influence of alcohol.
Hindt and the 24-year-old Balaton man driving the skid steer suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
