School bus-pickup crash near Andover, Minn.
ANDOVER, Minn. (KFGO) – A man driving a pickup was killed and two people were hurt after a head-on crash involving a school bus in the Twin Cities suburb of Andover Monday morning.
The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office says the collision occurred shortly 7.
The bus collided with the pickup towing a trailer. The bus had five passengers and was enroute to Anoka High School. The bus driver and one of the students were transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The remaining students were picked up at the scene by their parents.
The crash is under investigation by the Minnesota State Patrol, Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office and sheriff’s office.
