HORACE, N.D. (KFGO) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an assault at Big Erv’s Bar and Grill in Horace shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies say one person was arrested who had assaulted two customers and a bartender. One of the victims was taken to a Fargo hospital. His condition is not being released.
