WEST FARGO (KFGO) – West Fargo police say a 26-year-old Fargo man is in the Cass County Jail for the ongoing sexual abuse of a minor.
Aaron Cofell was arrested during a traffic stop.
Police say they recovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the car, with the assistance of a K9 unit. Cofell was arrested for felony gross sexual imposition and on drug-related charges.
Police say investigators worked with the Red River Children’s Advocacy Center and Sanford Care Clinic to provide medical and comprehensive services to the minor, who is under the age of 15.
