The Hi-Liners of Valley City went wire to wire leading Thompson to win the North Dakota Division A State Championship in girls basketball 67-44 Saturday in Minot. Katie Burchill lead the way with 23 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks to give Valley City their first girls basketball state title in school history.
