Latest North Dakota Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over results in over 100 arrests, citations

BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – North Dakota’s latest Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign resulted in 103 alcohol or drug-related arrests and citations.  

The enforcement campaign ran from Dec. 13 through Jan. 31. There were 57 DUI arrests, 14 citations for minor in consumption, and 16 drug-related arrests.   

The Department of Transportation says alcohol was a factor in 35% of traffic fatalities in 2023.
