NORTHWOOD, N.D. (KFGO) – Two people were injured and one was taken to a hospital after a crash involving two pickups about four miles south of Northwood Thursday morning.
The Highway Patrol says one pickup was southbound on a county road and the other was westbound on a gravel road. The westbound driver, a 31-year-old Hatton man, didn’t stop at a stop sign, and the vehicles collided.
Both vehicles went into the ditch and hit a power pole.
The driver of the second pickup, a 53-year-old Northwood man was taken to the hospital in Northwood.
The county road was closed while crews removed the electrical line from the ditch and restored power.
The crash is under investigation.
