Cass County Deputy Oliver Quiah (Cass County Jail)
CASS COUNTY, N.D. (KFGO) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office has opened an internal investigation after one of their employees was arrested for DUI.
Cass County Jail Corrections Officer Oliver Quiah was taken into custody by the North Dakota Highway Patrol around 2:30 Sunday morning.
Quiah started working with the Cass County Sheriff’s Office in November of 2022 and is assigned to the county jail as a Non-Licensed Corrections Deputy.
Quiah will be placed on paid administrative leave while the internal investigation starts.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
