Let’s face it, your Pops is a pretty good dude.
Think of all the times he took your fishing,
or to baseball practice,
or band practice,
or ran you across town to a friend’s house.
This weekend, let’s celebrate Dad by spending time in a state park and/or fishing with him. Sunday, it’s on us, as we are celebrating Dad with free fishing and park entrance.
He put worms on your hook and took fish off them. He untangled lines and got snags out. He probably taught you how to clean fish too.
If he didn’t do these things, maybe now, you can teach HIM!
Tell Dad “thanks” by taking him (Heck, bring the rest of the family too!) to a state park or local lake this Sunday. He deserves it.
