FOODIE FRIDAY
Brought to you by Prime Cut Meats on South University Drive in Fargo!
It Takes 2 with Amy & JJ asked their listenersโฆ โwhatโs your meal in a hurry?โ
JJ Says his is SpaghettiOโs and Meatballs and Tuna Helper (the Tuna Tetrazzini) and Amy says her meal in a hurry is eggs over medium with a piece of toast.
Itโs the meal that you make quickly, but you are always satisfied with โ here were the TOP 20!
- Quesadillas
- Tuna sandwich
- Rice a Roni
- Spaghetti and garlic toast (jar spaghetti sauce with items added to make it taste more homemade!)
- Mac and cheese with taco meat added
- Grilled cheese
- Throw some leftover stuff in a sautรฉ pan and wrap in a tortilla.
- Toasted, buttered bagel toped with fried egg
- Shepherds pie โ you can buy ready-made mashed potatoes, some frozen vegetables, gravy, and ready made in a jar and all you have to do is brown some ground beef
- BBQ (or sloppy joe) homemade. No can!
- Macaroni, cream of celery soup, can of tuna
- BLT, using pre-cooked bacon.
- Ramen Noodles
- Chicken salad (with Samโs canned chicken) on Hawaiian Buns.
- Two pieces of toast, lay slice of cheese on each, microwave for 10 seconds, then put them face to face. Quick, simple grilled cheese without a pan.
- I make over-easy eggs in my toaster oven, without turning them. I set it on 400, and when getting close, I switch it to broil to finish the top. Works like a charm.
- 1 can of chicken breast, chopped up pickles, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, mayo, mix and spread on sandwich
- Apple with peanut butter
- Cereal!
- A peanut butter and jelly sandwich โ might sound childish, but itโs so good!
