TRAILL CO., N.D. (KFGO) – A Minot woman died and a Kenmare man was injured in a rollover on icy I-29 in Traill County.
Highway Patrol says the driver lost control of the Honda CRV and overturned throwing both people from the vehicle.
The 39-year-old woman died at the scene. The 74-year-old man was transported by air to Sanford Hospital in Fargo with life-threatening injuries. Seat belts were not used and airbags were not deployed.
The crash happened just after 3 p.m. Wednesday, about 3.5 miles south of Buxton. The crash remains under investigation, including determining which person was driving.
