FARGO (KFGO) – The second of six defendants in a brutal downtown Fargo beating has pleaded guilty to being an accomplice to aggravated assault.
Travis Ledoux was arrested in April for his part in the early morning beating on NP Avenue that left two men who tried breaking up a fight with severe injuries. One of the men, Sam Pikula, suffered a broken nose and orbital bones, and needed a titanium plate placed in his forehead.
As part of the plea agreement, Ledoux was sentenced to 360 days in jail and prosecutors dropped a charge of aggravated assault.
Ledoux has been in the Cass County jail since his arrest. He received credit for time served. He will be on probation for two years and may be ordered to pay restitution.
Last month, Angelica Hernandez pleaded guilty and was sentenced for her part in the beating.
Four others, John Hernandez, Esiquio Hernandez, Terrell Smith, and Sergio Granados have been charged and have hearings pending.
