BEREA, N.D. (KFGO) – No one was seriously injured after a Valley City teen rolled their car into a slough just southwest of Berea, or about 4 miles west of Valley City.
The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office says the 15-year-old driver went though the intersection of 34th St. SE and 112 Ave. SE at speeds over 70 mph. The car went airborne. When it landed, the driver lost control.
The car rolled several times before landing on its roof in a slough. The driver, two 10-year-olds and a 15-year old in the car were able to get out. They were all taken to Mercy Hospital in Valley City with minor injuries and later released.
