(Reuters) – Biogen said on Monday insider Robin Kramer would take over as its chief financial officer after Michael McDonnell plans to retire from the post in February 2025.
McDonnell, who has been the finance chief since August 2020, played a pivotal role in the drugmaker’s recent acquisitions and helped it to re-align its efforts to boost growth.
Kramer joined Biogen in 2018 and is currently the senior vice president and chief accounting officer.
