FARGO (KFGO) – A 39-year-old Fargo man is charged with burglary and theft after multiple items, including vehicles, were stolen from an auto shop in West Fargo.
Court records say two people wearing dark clothes and masks broke into a shop on Center Street early Wednesday morning.
One of the men was identified as Justin Rodriguez. Police say the entire burglary was caught on security cameras.
Rodriguez and the other person are accused of stealing three vehicles, seven sets of keys, five car batteries, check blanks, bank cards, and a diagnostic scanner.
Later in the day, the Metro Street Crimes Unit arrested Rodriguez in Fargo. Officers say he was found with some of the stolen items, as well as a crow bar used to break into the shop and a jacket and mask that match the ones worn by one of the suspects.
Rodriguez is in the Cass County jail.
