EMARDVILLE TOWNSHIP, Minn. (KFGO) – One person was injured when a motorcycle hit a deer in Red Lake County Saturday night.
The crash happened on Highway 59 just south of Plummer around 8:45 p.m. The State Patrol says a deer ran into the roadway and collided with the motorcycle.
The driver was uninjured. The passenger, 69-year-old Lynda Scholin, was taken to Sanford in Thief River Falls for non-life threatening injuries.
