GRANDIN, N.D. (KFGO) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a South Dakota man was cited for distracted driving after he rear-ended a motorcycle on I-29.
The patrol says 18-year-old Steel Erickson from Rosholt was driving north about 4 miles north of Grandin. Erickson became distracted and rear-ended a motorcycle just before 6:45 Monday evening.
The motorcycle driver, 51-year-old Jayme Frank from Fargo, was taken to Sanford Hospital in Fargo with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
