Michael Diedrich (Cass Co. Jail)
FARGO (KFGO) – A Twin Cities area man charged with murder in a stabbing outside a Fargo bar earlier this year has pleaded not guilty.
Michael Diedrich is accused of killing 22-year-old Ethan Larson of Newfolden, Minnesota during a fight outside Southtown Pourhouse on March 28.
Police say a bartender reported that the men agreed to go outside during an argument. the bartender followed them and saw Larson bent over and possibly throwing up blood. Other witnesses were walking into the bar when Larson approached them holding his chest saying he was stabbed.
Officers arrested Diedrich after matching his driver’s license photo to video surveillance, and a description given by witnesses.
