Harris is charged with human trafficking of a minor for sex, gross sexual imposition, and restraining a child for involuntary servitude.
Martinez is charged with human trafficking of a minor for sex, and conspiracy to force a sex act.
This man is a monster, he is very dangerous i lived in the same apartment complex as him. He tried to lure me several times with drugs and alcohol. I feared for my life and literally left my clothing and other property and moved. I am not surprised at this i always saw girls young and old coming and going. and most looked like they were not in a good situation.
