GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – A Fort Totten man is in custody after a several hour standoff Monday afternoon in Grand Forks.
Grand Forks Police say officers from their department and agents with the FBI were searching for Collin Posey, 32, who was wanted on two federal and five Grand Forks County warrants.
When officers found him walking, Posey jumped through an open apartment window. A woman inside the apartment came out, saying Posey entered without her permission.
Officers surrounded the building and drones and a bomb robot were sent into the apartment.
The Grand Forks Regional SWAT Team eventually went in and arrested Posey without further incident.
No one was hurt during the standoff.
