CARBON COUNTY, MT – A Minnesota man is believed dead after a fall into a creek in Montana.
Authorities in Carbon County, Montana say Dylan Honnoll of Rogers, Minnesota was hiking near Billings on July 12th when he reportedly fell into the rapids of East Rosebud Creek. Investigators believe he was trapped underwater after falling in. Additional items belonging to Honnoll were found in the creek on Friday.
A prayer vigil for Honnoll will be held at his parent’s home in Rogers, Minnesota Monday evening.
Honnel had just completed his sophomore year at Montana State University.
