EAST GRAND FORKS, Minn. (KFGO) – A man is jailed after an incident that started in Grand Forks and ended in East Grand Forks.
Grand Forks police officers were dispatched to 400 Demers Avenue shortly after 2 a.m. Friday on a report of a domestic disturbance.
As officers arrived on the scene, a man identified as John Pribula ran across the Sorlie Bridge into East Grand Forks.
East Grand Forks police said that Pribula refused to stop for them and jumped into the Red River.
The Unmanned Aircraft Team was able to track him down and he was taken into custody without incident by East Grand Forks officers.
He’s being held in the Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston.
