Dominic Lilly (Cass County jail)
FARGO (KFGO) – A 31-year-old Fargo man has been charged with seven felonies for allegedly raping a 12-year-old boy at his home on multiple occasions.
Court records show that Dominic Lilly met the boy on Sniffies, a social media app, and had the boy to his home between 10 and 15 times.
The boy, now 13-years-old, accused Lilly of picking him up and giving him alcohol and marijuana to the point of going unconscious.
The boy says he would lie in bed with Lilly and the two had multiple sexual encounters that the boy described as traumatic. Investigators say the boy had pictures and videos of Lilly and Lilly’s bedroom on his phone.
The boy also had a text conversation with Lilly after the abuse in which Lilly tells the boy to stop leading on older men and to get help. Lilly also asked the boy why he was on Sniffies if he wasn’t 18.
Lilly has been charged with five counts of gross sexual imposition with a victim under 15, one count of luring a minor by computer, and one count of transferring body fluid that may contain HIV. Lilly is being held in the Cass County jail.
