WEST FARGO (KFGO) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a soft spot on I-94 is to blame for a cement truck rollover in West Fargo.
The patrol says the truck was driving east just west of the Sheyenne Street interchange when it hit a soft asphalt patch. The driver, 49-year-old Corey Cook from West Fargo, lost control. The truck tipped onto its side, blocking the left lane and spilling its load onto both lanes.
I-94 was down to one lane for about two hours as NDDOT crews cleaned up.
Cook was treated by paramedics on scene for minor injuries. He was wearing a seatbelt.
