FARGO (KFGO) – A pickup truck is a total loss after it caught fire on eastbound I-94 just west of the Red River Wednesday afternoon.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the driver of the pickup noticed smoke coming from it around 1:30 p.m. The driver pulled over, and he and his passenger got out and saw the truck was on fire.
The Fargo Fire Department put the fire out. Traffic backed up into Minnesota, and there was a minor property crash because of the backup. The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating that crash.
No one was injured from the fire or in the crash.
