JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KFGO) – Two teenage boys and a teenage girl are being referred to juvenile court after vehicle break-ins and thefts Sunday night into Monday in Jamestown.
According to Jamestown Police, a pickup was reported stolen Monday morning. A deputy found it about an hour later along with a stolen car.
Officers took two boys from the pickup into custody. The driver in the car fled.
Police say officers conducted a high-risk traffic stop on the car and took a girl and boy into custody.
Three of the teens are accused of burglary of a farmstead in rural Eldridge. Police say two of them went through multiple vehicles in jamestown.
Two of the boys are facing burglary, vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, possession of a stolen gun, unlawful entry into a vehicle, and minor in possession of alcohol charges.
The girl is facing charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and minor in possession of alcohol.
The third boy was released to his parent.
