HORACE, N.D. (KFGO) – Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner says a dispute between two construction workers in Horace led to one shooting the other in the hand.
The suspect then left the scene. Police continue to search for that person.
The shooting happened near the schools in Horace leading to a lockdown of all three. West Fargo Public schools says the lockdown has been lifted.
