GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Grand Forks man who is accused of exchanging sexually explicit videos with minors.
Noah Habeck, 27, is charged with two counts of luring minors by computer and two counts of possession of certain materials prohibited.
The North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation received three cyber tips that the social media platform X discovered files depicting child sex abuse materials on three separate accounts.
Investigators tracked the IP address associated with the X accounts back to Habeck’s apartment in Grand Forks.
Court records say Habeck was chatting with girls who identified themselves as 15-years-old and 13-years-old.
Investigators say Habeck asked the girls to send him sexual videos. He is also accused of sending at least one sexually explicit video to a teen girl.
A warrant for Habeck’s arrest was issued on April 1. All four counts he is charged with are felonies.
